Life has many uncertainties and variables, making mistakes inevitable. Fortunately, there are some things you can learn from making a mistake, such as:
reveals to us something we didn’t know
helps us figure out what matters and what doesn’t
teaches us more about others
helps us value forgiveness
invites us to make better choices
There is nothing wrong with making a mistake as long as you learn from it and you don’t let it define you. Once you make a mistake, be determined to do better. And remember that God’s Word is our instruction Book for life. Pray and ask God to show you what He wants you to learn from your mistake and the best way to avoid making that same mistake again.
Jesus was the only perfect human being. Our Lord allows trials in our lives to teach us; to encourage and inspire us to look to Him for guidance and wisdom. We are not called to follow Christ in order to have an easier life. In fact, He tells us that things will most likely get harder!
1Peter 5:10 - “But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.” 2Timothy 3:12 - “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.”

Nothing is greater than God’s grace! 2Corinthians 12:9 - “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”
All of my mistakes, woven through my story;
All the mess I make, God, use it for Your glory!
Every wrong turn, it’s true, led me right here to You.
I may lose my way, nothing's greater than Your grace …
Not even my mistakes!
I hunger to be holy but I still wrestle with the old me.
You know who I am, who I'm becoming;
Through all the dirt and the stains, You love me!
God will use the mistakes woven through your life story to draw you closer and to bring Him glory!
