The apostle Paul had many incredible experiences. He lists some of them in 2Corinthians 11:22–28. Christ-followers have no real power ourselves except for Christ in us. Like Paul, we must also recognize that our achievements, no matter how impressive, are worthless in comparison to the joy of knowing Christ.
God’s grace is sufficient. 2Corinthians 12:9a - “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.
Mercy means not giving to someone what he deserves.
Grace means giving to someone what he doesn’t deserve.
God shows grace in giving us eternal life, providing for us, strengthening us, comforting us (an endless list) … and His grace is sufficient—it is all we need.
Ephesians 2:8 - “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:”
Once in awhile you need a song with a catchy tune that just makes you joyful, HAPPY! Today’s song is just that … so hit “PLAY” and dance in your chair or your car or wherever you are and sing at the top of your lungs. If you’ve got Jesus in your heart, you have every reason to be full of JOY!
Have you ever met those who keep humming when the song's through? It's like they're living life to a whole different tune! And have you ever met those that keep hoping when it's hopeless? It's like they figured out what the rest haven't yet! The second when you realize Who you have inside, It's only just a matter of time 'til you Sing, so the back row hears you!
